John Ribalkin raises over $20,000 for Movember
The Movember Foundation is the only global charity focused solely on men’s health.
Last Movember John Ribalkin, Broker of Record, VERICO Nova Financial, got on board for the tenth year.
“For the second time I am going alone as my Movember partner friend of many years ,mortgage broker business associate, fastpitch umpire , fellow Free Mason and fellow Shriner who was Scott Harriman passed away November 5th, 2019,” says John.
“Then last year another friend of many years who was also my first boss in BC and mortgage broker business associate who was Dave Foran passed away December 5th, 2020 . Both died from the devastating impact of cancer. As I write this one very close friend is doing his battle with prostate cancer.. let us all hope that he will be cancer free soon.”
“I was challenged to raise $10,000.00 in 2020 which we exceeded with a final total of $14,566 (WOW!!!) .. and the HarriForRib Team raised a total of $16,641 (WOW!!!) so I had my hair removed on 12/9th/2020. To get that bald look once again the 2021 goal was $20210 and we have exceeded it!”
John will be once again aiming to raise funds and shave his head in 2022 – so look out for more!
